Jennifer Liston Munson

Executive Director, Armenian Museum of America

Jennifer Liston Munson is the Executive Director of the Armenian Museum of America in Watertown, Massachusetts. From 2001–2018, she was a Senior Designer in the Exhibitions and Design Department at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.

 

Liston Munson has helped to create a vast array of special exhibitions and permanent galleries to display objects from diverse cultures and time periods, spanning from antiquity to contemporary installations. She is now working with the Board of Trustees at the Armenian

Museum to enhance visitor’s experience through the redesign of galleries and development of enhanced educational and cultural programs.

Jennifer Liston Munson received an MFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Tufts University, and a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and Loughborough College of Art and Design in England. Prior to her work at the MFA, she was a

2001 Traveling Scholar, Founder of a design business, and an Adjunct Design Instructor at Montserrat College of Art, Endicott College, and Regis College.

 

Jennifer maintains a professional art practice. Her work is held in several corporate and private collections.
